If you are a person residing in the United States whose PII was potentially compromised in the Data Incident suffered by the Rusnak Corporation ("Rusnak"), then you may be an eligible Class Member to file a claim for benefits.

If you are a Class Member and wish to receive one or more of the following Settlement Benefits, you must file a Claim Form by October 23, 2025.

Rusnak will provide a number of benefits under the Settlement Agreement as described below:

Identity Theft Protection and Credit Monitoring. All Class Members may claim three (3) years of identity theft protection and credit monitoring services provided by a credit monitoring bureau. This protection includes up to $1 million in identity theft insurance.

Reimbursement for Documented Losses: Class Members who suffered an actual, documented monetary loss as a result of the Data Incident may claim reimbursement for the loss. This reimbursement is capped at $3,500 per Class Member. The losses must be:

  • actual, documented, and unreimbursed;

  • substantially more likely than not caused by the Data Incident; and

  • occurred between June 13, 2023, and October 23, 2025.

You must also have tried to avoid these losses, or tried to get reimbursed from other sources, if possible.

Cash Payment Options. All Class Members may claim ONE of the following cash payment benefits:

  1. Option 1: Cash Payment: All Class Members may elect to receive a one-time cash payment of $75.00. OR

  2. Option 2: California Statutory Claim Payment: Class members who were California residents when the Data Incident occurred may elect to receive a one-time cash payment of $150.00. You must attest that you were a California resident at the time of the Data Incident when you were notified by Rusnak.

The deadline to submit a Claim Form online is October 23, 2025. If you are mailing your Claim Form, it must be mailed with a postmark date no later than October 23, 2025.
